Which reference can I use?
Search with your Margistics shipment number: it starts with the letter S and appears in our documentation and emails (for example, S00002101). The short form (S2101) works too.

Why am I asked for one more detail?
The shipment number identifies the cargo but does not prove it is yours, and containers and vessel are commercial information. To see them, one detail only your company holds is enough: a container number from that shipment, or the contact email we have on file. No accounts, no passwords, and the access applies to that shipment alone.
